One Way Fees: Minimum 14 nights. A one way fee of approx. AUD750 prepaid in Australian Dollars applies between Canadream locations. Note: No one way rentals permitted into or out of Kelowna or Edmonton.

USA Travel Surcharge: CAD10 + Tax /night. Plus a non-Canadian/non-US citizen fee will apply of approx. USD6 for your entry documents (I-94). This document is valid for multiple entries. You will also be photographed and have a laser finger print taken of your fingers.
Conditions:
Calculation of Rates: Flex rates, per night.
Minimum Age: 21 years.
Maximum Age: 75 years.
Licence Requirement: All drivers must have held a full, valid licence, issued in the country of residence. The drivers licence must be current and be valid for until at least one day after the vehicle return. An international driving permit is recommended.
Minimum Rental: 01 April-30 September: 7 nights. 01 October-31 March: 5 nights. Subject to change in peak periods i.e. Christmas.
Collection Time: Pick up time is between 1pm-4pm. Allow 1-2 hours for the vehicle hand over at the depot.
Return Time: Return time is between 8am-10am.
Branch Hours: Open Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm between 01 October-30 April and 8am-6pm between 01 May-30 September. Sunday pick ups & drop offs available on request for approx. AUD375 prepaid. All depots are closed on on all statutory holidays including: New Year's Day, Family Day (Alberta &a,p; Ontario only), Good Friday, Thanksgiving Day, Remembrance Day, Christmas, Boxing Day.
After Hours: Available on request. An early collection time is permitted between 10am-12pm for an additional charge. A late return time by 3pm is permitted for an additional charge.
Optional Extras:
Convenience Kits: Approx. AUD90 /person, prepaid in Australian Dollars. Includes dishes, cookware, pillows, linen, towels, sleeping bags and cleaning equipment.
GPS: Approx. AUD10 /night, max Approx. AUD100 /rental. This fee is prepaid in Australian Dollars. Not available to rental at Kelowna.
iPad: CAD15 + Tax /day, max CAD150 + Tax /rental. CAD500 refundable deposit is required.
Lawn Chairs: CAD10 + Tax /rental.
Bike Rack (for 4 bikes): CAD50 /rental. Only available to rent with MH-A & MH-B.
Toaster: CAD12 + Tax /rental.
Child Seats: CAD40 + Tax /rental.
Snow Chains: Available on application during the winter months.
Shovel: Available on application during the winter months.
Elecric Heater: Available on application during the winter months.
Vent Pillows: Available on application during the winter months.
Insurance/Excess Reduction:
Insurance Excess: 25+ years: CAD750 + Tax. 21-24 years: CAD1,500 + Tax. Higher excess' apply for off road including campsites, parking lot, driveway damages and roof damage.
Excess Reduction: Not available.
PAI: N/A
Additional Information:
Vehicle Age: Approx. 0-3 years. Vehicles cannot be requested by model, mileage or age, only by vehicle category.
Security Deposit: Cash - Not available. Credit Card - CAD750 + Tax for drivers aged 25+ years. CAD1,500 + Tax for drivers aged 21-24 years. In addition, an open credit card imprint is taken with all rentals and it will be destroyed at the time of drop off.
Animals in Vehicle: No animals are permitted inside the motorhomes.
Smoking in Vehicles: Smoking is not permitted in any of the vehicles.
Fuel: Vehicles are supplied with a minimum 1/4 tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than on departure, he/she will be charged for that amount of fuel. There is no refund if client returns with more fuel than on departure.
Storage: Not available at the Canadream depots.
Towing: Canadream vehicles are not equipped with a hitch and they do not allow any towing. Your insurance coverage with Canadream will not cover any kind of accident if you are towing anything.
Cleaning Fee: Indoor cleaning charges will apply if the vehicle is not returned clean.
Tax: Tax is applied to those items paid at time of collection.

Travel Restrictions:
- Travel to the USA is permitted providing Canadream are aware of where you are going and for how long. Additional charges apply.
- Death Valley: Travel to Death Valley is limited to low season (01 OCT - 30APR) due to extremely high temperatures which can cause system failures.
- Northern Surcharge: Approx. AUD500 /rental prepaid in Australian Dollars. Applies to rentals originating in Vancouver, Kelowna, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal or Halifax with permission to travel on/in: Alaska Highway north of Fort St. John, British Columbia | Cassiar Highway (#37) north of Kitwanga, British Columbia | Highway 35 north of Peace River, Alberta | Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland | Quebec & Labrador north and east of Sept-Iles. Permission is automatically granted to travel in the Northern Surcharge areas with collections in Whitehorse with the exception of the 'No-Go' areas of the Denali and Dalton Highways in Alaska and the North Canol Highway in the Yukon. Vehicles for northern travel must be expressly requested and confirmed at the time of reservation. Customers who travel to these areas without permission will be subject to a hefty penalty and will void all insurance coverage. Canadream reserves the right to restrict driving access at anytime.
