Days 1 & 2: Explore London

Explore Britain's best-known capital - the buzzing city of London. London is home to a host of must-see landmarks including Buckingham Palace, Westminster & Big Ben, St Pauls Cathedral, Tower Bridge and the London Eye. After checking out all of these iconic London attractions, indulge in some shopping along the world-famous Oxford Street or Covent Garden. Explore the world-class museums and exhibitions on offer in the city including the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, the Imperial War Museum, the British Museum just to name a few! Finish off the day with a magical evening in London's famous West End with tickets to one of the spectacular and world-renowned shows or musicals.

Day 3: London to Liverpool

Duration: 355kms - 4 hours

Enjoy a nice English breakfast, then depart London at around 10 am - en route to Liverpool, you will pass the cities of Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Stoke-on-Trent and Manchester. Each city is unique in its own right - with plenty to experience, see & do.

The drive from London to Liverpool takes approximately 4 hours, so we recommend taking a couple of breaks in between. Each city has it's own unique features, so check out a couple - or visit them all!

Day 4 & 5: Explore Liverpool

Liverpool is a historic city, with a new lease on life. You'll be spoilt with choice in Liverpool - known for it's culture, hugely successful football teams (Liverpool & Everton), The Beatles and a buzzing nightlife. Cultural attractions include the Tate Museum, Crosby Beach and of course The Beatles Story. There are also city tours which follow the lives of The Beatles before worldwide domination. For a unique experience, The Magical Mystery Tour visits locations that influenced songs with the actual tunes as you cruise along in a rainbow van. It's a great opportunity to take photos at Strawberry Fields and Penny Lane. Football fanatics will be beaming with excitement when they enter the grounds of Anfield Stadium or Goodison Park. There's nothing like watching some of the world's greatest football players, whilst surrounded by thousands of fellow die-hard supporters chanting and cheering.

Day 6: Liverpool to Edinburgh

Duration: 360kms - 4.5 hours

This morning you start the journey towards Scotland and Edinburgh - an inspiring city steeped in history. Wander the cobbled streets of the medieval old town and admire the architecture of the Georgian townhouses in New Town. Head up the magnificent royal mile to Edinburgh Castle which looks over the bustling city below. Don't miss the Spirit of the Tattoo and Water of Life - Whiskey Experience exhibitions. For panoramic city views, visit Holyrood Park and climb to Arthur's Seat - the park's highest point. Arthurs Seat is an anicent volcano and also the site of a large and well preserved fort. While in the park you can also visit St Anthony’s Chapel - a 15th century medieval chapel and Salisbury Crags – a series of 50 metre cliff faces jutting out Edinburgh’s skyline. On the outskirts of Edinburgh you'll find the stunning Craigmillar Castle and Rosslyn Chapel (featured in the Da Vinci Code).
